Victoria is a modeling agency focused on quality over quantity. We work with a small, carefully chosen roster and give every client individual attention — from the first casting to long-term social media audience building.
We're looking for a person with ambition to accomplish big things. Character, presence in front of the camera, and a willingness to grow is an absolute neccessity. Experience isn't required — a fair approach and transparent communication are.

The whole process is designed to be fast, transparent, and free of unnecessary waiting.
Application
Fill out a short form — a few basic details and a link to your Instagram.
Review
Our team reviews your profile and considers where you'd currently fit.
Contact
We'll reach out by Instagram with next steps and a possible on-line meeting. If the model doesn't reply we send a second message to attached email (if the model attaches it.)
Casting
We tell you more about our agency and show case studies of other models. If both sides agree on terms we start building your profiles and portfolio as soon as possible.
How we work with you.
No upfront fees
Victoria never charges entry or registration fees for representation, courses, or "mandatory" photoshoots. Cooperation is always conditional only on signing a collaboration agreement.
Data protection
Form data is processed in compliance with GDPR and used only for recruitment purposes. We never share it with third parties for marketing.
Verified communication
We communicate officially only from our instagram @victoriamodelingagency or our email: contact@victoriamodeling.com. We will never ask for payment, be careful of fake profiles and verify it's truly us!

We can't see a private profile unless you accept us as a follower or approve our message request. Once we've reviewed your application, we'll reach out directly by DM.
